Can you make my product?

Almost certainly, if it is worn in water, in the sun or in the gym. Swimwear has been our main work since 1975; activewear, beachwear and knitwear use the same machines and the same team.

Why swimwear is different

A swimsuit has to stretch, recover and keep its shape wet.

Four-way stretch fabric does not forgive a bad pattern. Seams have to stretch with the fabric without breaking thread. The elastic at the arm and leg openings decides whether the suit stays put. Linings, cups and wires have to survive chlorine, salt and sun. That is why a garment factory is not automatically a swimwear factory.

How do you work?

Four ways to work with us, depending on what you already have. New brands usually start from our design library; brands with a tech pack go straight to sampling.

OEM

You have the design, we make it

You send the tech pack and specifications. We validate the pattern and fit, then produce to them, repeatably, season after season.

ODM

Start from our design library

No tech pack needed. Pick an existing style, change the fabric, trims and labels to yours. We handle the pattern, sampling and specifications.

CMT

You supply the fabric, we cut, make and trim

For brands that already have their own material supply chain and need the sewing capacity.

FOB

Full package, delivered to the port

We buy the materials, produce, and handle logistics to free-on-board terms, or further through our freight partners.

From idea to delivery

Nine stages, and who does what at each

The timings below are typical, counted from an approved specification. The number of revision rounds depends on the design.

You receive
The physical sample with its measured chart.
5

Fitting and revisions

Depends on the number of rounds
You provide
Fit comments: where it is tight, where it is loose, what to change.
Xuân Thu does
Adjusts the pattern and re-sews where needed; records every change in the specification.
You receive
A revised sample and the updated specification.
6

Pre-production sample

5 days
You provide

05

What techniques can you do?

Most of this is done in-house. A few specialised print and finishing steps go through vetted partners, and we say so in the quotation.

TechniqueUsed for
Laser cuttingClean raw edges on stretch fabric, perforated patterns
Bonding and weldingFlat seams without stitching, no-sew edges, performance swim
Sublimation printingAll-over prints on polyester fabrics, placement prints
Screen printingLogos and placement graphics in stretch inks
EmbroideryLogos and decorative details
ShirringGathered details at the body, bust and hips
Foam cups and underwireBust support in one-pieces and bikinis
Chlorine-resistant liningsPool and resort swim, longer wear life
Size gradingFull size runs from the base pattern, including extended and kids' sizes
In-house sample roomFirst, fit, PP and sales samples
06

How do you control quality?

Checks at every stage, not only at the end. A fault caught at the cutting table costs far less than one found in the carton.

01

Tech pack review

Every specification, fabric and construction detail is agreed with you before our technicians validate the pattern.

02

Inspection after cutting

Fabric is sorted by composition, cut, then inspected piece by piece for measurement and defects before sewing.

03

In-line checks

Stitch quality is checked at every station, with thread and fabric strength tests.

04

Finishing

Heat-stamping, ironing, trim and label attachment on a dedicated finishing line, to specification.

05

Artwork placement

Laser checks confirm print and artwork placement.

06

Final inspection

A full inspection against the tech pack before packing; quality and compliance documentation travels with the run.

07

Can you source materials?

Yes. We buy fabric, trims and thread from suppliers we have worked with for years, keep their OEKO-TEX® and mill test certificates on file, and manage the relationships directly.
